Ali Alamir, CPA
Ali Alamir, CPA is experienced in financial strategies for entertainment industry professionals. He provides tax planning and business management to a wide variety of entertainers like directors, producers, actors, stuntmen, and social media influencers.
Ali started his career in public accounting at Moss Adams, LLP in Los Angeles, California with the wealth services department where he provided tax and attestation services to multi-state clients in industries including and not limited to entertainment, manufacturing , retail and distribution, real estate, and medical professionals. In 2009, he joined a local CPA firm in Woodland Hills, California, concentrating in providing full tax, accounting, and business management services to individuals, fiduciaries, corporations, and partnerships. His industry knowledge was expanded to cater to software developers, information technology, restaurants, and food manufacturers throughout Southern California.
Ali received his Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA), with honors.. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), and CSULA Alumni Association.
Nima Aminian, CPA
With over 12 years of experience in public Accounting, Nima's main area of focus is tax planning and business advisory services for mid- to small-size businesses, as well as high net-worth individuals.
Nima started his career working for Macias Gini & O'Connell, LLP as an auditor, auditing large government entities such as the County of Los Angeles and the City of Ventura. After 2 years, He joined LGSH, LLP, one of the largest CPA firms in the San Fernando Valley, which merged with Citrin Cooperman in 2020. Nima has significant experience of working with clients in a variety of industries including entertainment, manufacturing/distributions and real estate.
Nima graduated from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) with a Master of Science in accounting. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
